Our Wedding

The love story journey started with a bit of a negotiation — Andy suggested coffee first, then threw out lunch, and finally his last offer of dinner and drinks. But Hope was firm: her first date would be only at the state fair… or nothing at all. Andy, a bit nervous about getting “trapped” at a long event, agreed (reluctantly). Hope showed up on time (a rare thing!), ready for the fair in Lebanon, TN. Meanwhile, Andy had just landed in town minutes before and headed to the Nashville Fairgrounds — only to discover the fair had moved that very day to Lebanon. Huge shoutout to Kayla Parker for convincing Hope to wait it out, since it was an honest mistake. The fair was every man’s dream come true, and by the end, they knew a second date was inevitable. This “second date” was supposed to be a simple coffee meet-up but turned into an 8-hour adventure touring Hope’s new hometown of Murfreesboro — complete with cow hugs, whiskey sips, and matching shirts. Yep, a third date was a must. On date three, Andy really shined — like the smooth salesman he is — taking Hope to a fancy dinner in Franklin, TN. They bonded over talks of IBS, shared hilarious nicknames, and entertained the bartender with stories that made it feel like they’d known each other forever, even though they had just met. Fast forward to today: they have a home together, six dogs (yes, six!), and a shared dream to keep building a life full of love and laughter. Here’s to forever — and all the adventures still to come!

Q: When and where is the wedding?A: The wedding reception will be on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 4 PM CDT. The venue is our backyard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a charming city about 35 miles southeast of Nashville in Rutherford County.Q: What’s the dress code?A: Semi-formal, but comfortable enough to dance the night away, no Dolly Parton status required! Think polished and party-ready without going full country diva.Q: What should I bring?A: Just your lovely self! If you want to bring a small gift, our registry is linked on the site, but your presence is the greatest gift.Q: Will there be accommodations nearby?A: Yes! Be sure to check out our Travel page for recommended accommodations. Whether you'd like to stay close to us in Murfreesboro or enjoy the nightlife in downtown Nashville, you'll find plenty of great hotel and Airbnb options nearby.Q: What about parking?A: Please carpool if you can to help keep things running smoothly! Parking areas will be clearly marked in our front yard. Parking on the grass is allowed, but please only park in designated spots.Q: Is the wedding kid-friendly?A: We love your little ones, but this event is adults-only to keep things relaxed for everyone.Q: I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?A: As Hope, the picky pescatarian, and Andy, the sugarless diabetic, we totally get how important special dietary needs are. Please contact us directly so we can make sure your needs are fully taken care of. You are not difficult.....just special! ;)Q: Are pets allowed?A: Sadly, no! We absolutely love animals, but for everyone's safety (including our own fur babies) we kindly ask that pets stay home for this event. That said, a few members of our pack might make a brief appearance to say hello and share some love!

Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, TN is America’s oldest registered distillery, founded in 1866 at the spring-fed Cave Spring Hollow. The distillery honors the legacy of Jack Daniel and his mentor, Nearest Green, a formerly enslaved man and the first known African American master distiller. Even though it’s located in a dry county, over 300,000 visitors a year come to experience this iconic piece of Southern history.
